Everything You Need to Know About B.C.'s 2023 Homeowner Grant
The provincial government announced the Homeowner Grant will continue to cover 92% of residential properties with "the threshold set at $2.125 million."
Last year, the program helped nearly half a million seniors and about 13,000 people with disabilities. The basic grant amount for homeowners in Metto Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and Capital Regional districts is $570 and The amount increases to $845 for older homeowners and veterans (65+), people with disabilities and those who live with a relative who has a disability.
